Orders are available for pickup in our Raleigh, NC store at 4615 Western Boulevard on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12PM-4PM. Place your order online as you would normally and select In-store pickup. You will receive an email confirming your order with directions to our store. Please note that orders will not be available except at the times noted.

U.S. Shipping
Standard Shipping is FREE to all 50 U.S. states for any order over $100
What is Standard Shipping?
Standard Shipping just means that we choose the shipping method. If you select Standard Shipping, we'll ship your order either by U.S. Priority Mail or by UPS Ground depending on your location and the weight of your package.
What if my order is less than $100?
For orders less than $100, Standard Shipping only costs $8.99.
What other shipping methods can I choose?
In addition to Standard Shipping, for U.S. orders you can choose:

* UPS 2nd Day Air
* UPS Next Day Air
When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped by the next business day. For back ordered items, expect 2-4 weeks for your order to ship.
Can I track my order?
YES. You will receive an order tracking email when your order is shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders will arrive in 2 to 7 business days from the date the order was shipped.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns
To return any item, for any reason, for a full refund** simply send an email to ddhedge107@yahoo.com and we'll reply with return instructions within 1-2 business days. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Notes:
* The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges
* All returns should be shipped via a carrier that offers package tracking to protect against potential loss
Exchanges
Getting the right size can be tricky, so we've tried to make our exchange process as painless as possible. Here's what to do if the item we send doesn't fit:
1. Send an email to ddhedge107@yahoo.com including your order number and any information that will help us determine which size you really need.
2. Once we determine which size you need, we'll enter a new order and ship it along with a FREE prepaid return shipping label for the return of the original order.
3. Once we receive the original order back from you, we'll issue a full refund**.
**Expedited shipping charges (UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, etc.) are not refundable.
Payment Options
Carry Me Closely accepts payments from Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal via our secure server (see our security policy for details). Your billing address must match the address that your credit card bills are sent to.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order has shipped.

Sales Tax
Carry Me Closely is located in Wake County, North Carolina. We are required to charge all North Carolina residents the combined State and County tax rate, which is currently 6.75%.
Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped to a North Carolina address.
